Are you listening? Can you hear? Or is life too noisy? All of us are constantly being called to something that we know in our heart is from God. The question is.....are we listening? But how can we hear with all the noise?
Life is noisy isn't it? There is so much noise that we often cannot hear anything else. We don't hear anything other than the noise of life. We are so consumed by it that we cannot hear. Have you ever had someone talking to you and even though you could hear them talking............you were not really listening. It was just noise. You hear it, but you don't really know what they are saying? The noise of life is that way.
Life noise is busyness. It is distraction. It is drama. It is chaos. Life is constantly producing more and more noise. It is constant. As soon as one noise goes away, it is replaced by something else. It never stops. This is the world we live in.

God is available to speak to us every day amidst the noise. HE is whispering in our ear. HE is reminding of us of the things that are important. HE is telling us what we need to know. HE is the opposite of our busyness. HE is never in a hurry. HE is calm. HE is telling us the way. HE knows what we need to hear in every moment.
The question is.........are we listening?
If you are feeling overwhelmed by the noise of life..........then take the time each day to stop and listen. If you give God some time each day and really listen......then you will find that HE is speaking.
